Our client's really wanted to open up their space as the kitchen previously had a peninsular that divided it from the dining area. They wanted to be able to move around the kitchen freely and to have a dining table at the heart of the space where they could eat together as a family.
The previous kitchen also felt quite dark, so it was important for the couple to keep the design light, bright and airy. We decided on a light White Halifax Oak and a Remo gloss door, paired with White Quartz work surfaces and a full splashback, to bounce light around the kitchen.
Storage was an important factor for the client, as well as organisation, so the design incorporates an abundance of storage solutions, including a Kessebohmer Larder and Base Pull-Out, integrated bin and deep pan drawers.
