The kitchen previously included a small and awkward utility room, which restricted the kitchen layout. The designer recommended removing this to open up the space. The Remo White gloss cabinetry creates an airy atmosphere and is contrasted by the beautiful natural granite work surfaces, which add personality to the scheme. An area for guests to sit is situated to the rear of the peninsular, which is also home to the wine cooler.
The curved doors create a natural flow through the room and are ideal for storing bowls, bottles and wine glasses. The client suffers with back pain and so the appliances are positioned at the optimal height for ease of access with an angled hood mitigating any head bumps for her tall husband.
