The clients had lived with their previous kitchen for many years and the design and style were dated. They knocked through the party wall, between the kitchen and dining room, to improve the light and create a practical worktop, breakfast bar and seating area. The beige Remo Matt door, with a quartz-effect laminate worktop and dust-grey plinth blend beautifully with the choice of flooring. LED pelmet lighting was included to illuminate the worktop and enhance the modern look.
This kitchen now suits the clients' lifestyle with ample hidden storage including tall larders and a Le Mans corner system to make access easier. Including seats at the peninsular makes the most of this feature which doubles up as a prep and social area.
