The clients’ kitchen had served them well for 25 years but they wanted something brighter and up to date. The existing design still worked, so with an ‘if it’s not broken, don’t fix it’ approach the layout was retained. However, with some stylish design tweaks they’ve added some lovely touches that add a bespoke feel to their new Milton Painted kitchen. These include the feature s-shaped drawers under the hob which were a key selling point of the design.
Retaining the original layout meant there were no structural changes to the kitchen however this didn’t stop the designer from injecting plenty of individuality to the new design. With curved wall cabinets flanking the window, wine racks, glazed dresser cabinetry, spice drawers and open plate racks the new kitchen has its own personality and very much satisfies the clients’ brief for a fresh, airy yet timeless design.
