The clients’ home is set over three storeys with the kitchen on the middle floor. The brief was to create a kitchen living space by knocking the original kitchen and lounge through. The clients really wanted to have a bright and airy ambience in the space so opted for the glossy Porter Alabaster cabinetry. A Moroccan look was the theme for the interior and by teaming the cabinetry with the patterned mosaic floor tiles and the vivid painted wall art this has been achieved.
Wooden worktops add instant warmth to the scheme and look stunning against the alabaster furniture. However, the specification of the worktops did highlight the need to consider access when planning a project as they had to be delivered to the room via the first floor window!
