The client had added a large 2-storey extension to her property, including the new kitchen area and a large bedroom above. Keen to keep the kitchen as light as possible, and with a hand-made look, the Milton in-frame design, in a painted alabaster finish, fitted the bill perfectly. The elegance of the design is enhanced with the beautiful Giallo Imperial granite worktops. The kitchen required a strong social element so the island has been designed with this in mind, with seating for up to 3 people. A separate dining table creates additional space for entertaining and family get togethers.
Generous and organised storage was a key part of the brief and the client is delighted with the amount of space that’s behind created, with flexible storage options such as tall larder pull-outs. Lighting was an important aspect of the design, with task lighting illuminating the prep areas and with a more decorative pendant light over the island.
