This kitchen belongs to a family and is set in a new-build home. With the luxury of a blank canvas to work from the clients were able to create a design that was completely suited to their lifestyle. They chose a mix of greys for the Milton cabinetry, the light Partridge Grey for the majority of the units and then darker charcoal for the island. This is an on-trend colour scheme but one they know will not date.
Although a traditional painted kitchen, the designer has cleverly achieved a modern look for the design by keeping the interior simple and teaming with white metro tiles, white walls and then adding warmth with the rich timber flooring. There are some great focal areas in the design, including the sociable island and glazed top boxes.
