A new build home offered the luxury of designing a kitchen to really suit the needs of the clients. This busy family demanded a kitchen to be the hub of the home and with a classic mix of ivory and oak cabinetry, sociable seating and dining areas plus a very practical layout the clients are thrilled with the result. Storage has not been overlooked with pull-out larders, 150mm spice rack and towel rails ensuring everything is organised and hidden away.
The hob has been deliberately positioned in the middle of the island as the clients knew that this was where they would be spending most of the time when preparing meals. It means that whoever is cooking can be very much part of the conversation as is always facing everyone else. The blend of blanco dune quartz and oak timber worktops echo the cabinetry colours beautifully.
