The Brief

The clients wanted their new kitchen to have a homely feel but with a design that wouldn’t date. They chose the Milbourne Shaker design, for its timeless look and opted for a mix of stone and slate painted cabinetry.  The worksurfaces, in a lightly-toned quartz, complement the colour scheme whilst also being a very practical surfacing material.

Designer's Tips

Keen to have a clean-lined aesthetic, the clients wanted to keep their worksurfaces uncluttered so the designer recommended a range of hidden storage solutions that maximise every inch of space.
