The customers were set on a solid oak door for their kitchen, one that had character in the grain but was not overly traditional. The Lyndon oak range fits the bill perfectly. It’s chunky design has a solid feel but is not fussy or decorative. Curved units create a gentle end to the wall run, softening the lines with the co-ordinating curved cornice and pelmet.
The kitchen had to be child-friendly as the clients' grandchildren are regular visitors. The lower-level breakfast bar with seating is just at the right height and there’s a handy TV on the wall to keep the children entertained. Accessible storage was also a priority with everything easily to hand and view so there’s a host of interior pull-outs that keep the kitchen in order.
