The Brief

The clients wanted a traditional feel to the design that would also be very practical. The u-shape design is most ergonomic and ensures everything is to hand. The painted Cornell Classic cabinetry in light alabaster keeps the room light and airy and also being such a timeless colour, the scheme won’t date.  The utility room was fitted with the more affordable Coleridge Alabaster, complimenting the kitchen cabinetry.

Designer's Tips

There’s a great mix of storage in the design, include deep pan drawers with curved cabinetry gently softening the main run of units. Lower wall units were used to accommodate the servant bells which still work and are an original feature of the property.
