Real Kitchen of the Month
August 2011

The brief

Having recently become grandparents the owners wanted to open up their kitchen into the breakfast area to a more open, family-friendly space. Their previous kitchen had dark units so they were keen to have an altogether more airy feel to the new scheme, a classic alabaster painted kitchen but with modern appeal.  The beautifully contoured cabinets give the design the contemporary twist with the granite worktops creating a stunning contrast with the Cornell Classic furniture.
