The clients, a professional couple with a teenage daughter, wanted to completely overhaul their existing 1980’s style kitchen with its oak cathedral arch door, dated colours and impractical layout. Having visited a number of kitchen designers, who failed to come up with a plan that met all their requirements, they are delighted with the Broadoak design in a mix of partridge grey and charcoal colours.
Adding gently rounded cabinets to the ends of the island creates an ergonomic flow around the workstation and softens the lines beautifully. The curves are echoed on the wall cabinets around the window area. The clients wanted the appliances in a dedicated zone and love the practical and visual look of the bank of appliances which are conveniently located.
