The clients had a very specific brief for their kitchen and they were set on a painted blue design. The Broadoak painted cornflower suited perfectly. They also entertain quite often so a large range cooker was essential to cater for larger groups. Other key requirements included plenty of worktop space as well as an area for dining at the far end of the room.
As the blue is such a strong tone it was important to complement this with other colours to inject some warmth into the room. Neutral tiling and wall coverings achieved this. Feature curved cabinetry softened the flow of the kitchen around the window and near the back door.
