The clients had worked towards their dream home for many years and so their new kitchen had been a long time in the planning. They were very particular about every detail, and frankly, it shows. Each aspect has been considered, from the contrasting mix of cabinetry in charcoal, alabaster and oak to the blend of linear with curves.
The clients had spent a lot of time in the research stage so had lots of magazine cuttings of kitchens they like, of which some were Second Nature. This helped the designer enormously and the clients are overjoyed with their new kitchen. They have taken an essentially classic Shaker door and given it an up-to-date feel with bar handles and a modern mix of colours and materials.
