Often overlooked in the planning of a new kitchen, flooring can reinforce a design or create contrast.

We’ve provided some examples of different flooring used in some of our customers’ kitchens. Take a look and get some ideas for what you can do in your own kitchen.

Reflective floors multiply light; matt floors provide a minimal look. Tiling can be set laterally or diagonally to emphasise either the width or length of a kitchen.

The colour of the flooring should also contribute to the overall colour scheme. Dark woods will add a lovely rustic touch to even the most modern kitchen.
