Make a statement
- One plum
- A double measure of your favourite scotch whiskey infused with pink peppercorns*
- 15 ml of white port
- Juice from ¾ of a fresh lime
- 15 ml of orgeat syrup
- A single measure of cranberry juice
- Prosecco to top up
*To really enjoy the flavour of the peppercorns, mix and leave them with the whiskey for up to 4 days before.
Mash up the plum at the bottom of your shaker followed by all the other ingredients except the prosecco. Shake with cubed ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top up with prosecco, garnish with two raspberries and enjoy!
